We stayed here only for one night. The property manager was very nice and helped us to visit the places that are actually good as we had limited time. We also visited the strawberry farm of the hotel and could eat some free of cost.

The rooms are good and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are spartan. The owner and the manager are considerate people.

Most of the staff is untrained, they are well meaning but don't know what to do. Food is super oily and chilly. Hygiene in the handling of food is very questionable. On 2nd Floor wifi signal is poor. On 3rd Floor wifi signal is stable and wifi works well. On day 1 of our 2 day stay, we were given a room which was not what we had booked through booking.com. The management clearly stated in advance that on day 1 the booked room would not be available. I wonder why booking.com accepted a booking for a room that wasn't available! We also got a call from the management right after the booking was done to pay half the room fare (which we did), but on the booking.com app it was stated that the payment was to be made at the hotel! While clearing the bill of our stay we had to remind the management that we were given a smaller room on the first night and we should be charged appropriately! Initially they gave us a discount of Rs. 500.00. On taking this issue up with the owner, the owner returned Rs.500.00. The point is, why did we have to ask and when the amount was reduced why was it not reduced as per the difference in tariff!

Hotel cab rate were very expensive compared to others and food quality was not that much good as per charges. Food was like okay in taste.
