love the beach front kaso ang ingay ng karaoke sa kapit bahay and there’s brownout sa gabi but good thing they have generators. staffs are superb

the staff were doing their job as well as the many trainees except for the cleaning

the non refundable policy is a scam! shame on the owners to price this for 100€—it is not worth a dime the photos posted about the beachfront villa which was just a room with a public beach (loud people, many street sellers, boats, dogs, dog poop) room has no ventilation and was very small utensils were rusty fan was either rusty or very dirty toilet walls and floor were yellowish and smelled like blood—my mom nearly vommitted toilet flush was not working there was no tv we had to check out within 1 hour of being in the place and had to book another resort.

The staff were accomodating and nice. They were attentive and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay because the staff was very accommodating and kind👌🏻 we will definitely come back in the future for their good service❤️ not to mention the temperature of the pool is perfect💗

The hotel is centrally located in Lian. easy to get to the beach.

My biggest dislike was that none of my VISA debit cards were accepted at their terminal. fortunately one of us has sufficient cash to pay the hotel.They need to sort out their card terminal OR accept payment via Booking . com as others do.

The hotel is clean, the staffs are very accomodating and easy to approach. They know their job well. Good Job !!!
