Hotel Emperor

As we had to check-out early at 7am, the paid breakfast was not available for us as the earliest serving time was 8.30am. The hotel did not compensate for the breakfast, nor they refused to provide packed breakfast. The rooms were not cleaned properly.

Bathroom wasn't clean and blanket and pillow also dirt

The towel s weren't washed properly. The bed sheet was not clean. The toilet and wash basins had stains. The ala carte breakfast was ok. The rooms are too small with minimal spacing between the cot and the walls. There are better hotels in kannur.

Room was not bad

Staff Behavior was so unpleasant, especially in Bar. They dont have much variety in the Restaurant. Tissue Papers were not kept on the Dining Table. Instead, When We went to pick some Napkins from the Frontdesk, The Bartender abused us. Very Mediocre, Rusic Behaviour of the Staff. Manager is not accessible for any Grievances. Not Worth the Value for Money Spent. Pretty much Unpleasant and Bitter Experience. They Dont treat You like an Emperor in this God's Own Country, but like Slaves.
