I am very upset booking.com that you don’t validate the details of the hotel before listing on your portal and thus equally misguiding the facilities. It’s was listed as a 4 star hotel and it’s was not even 2 star worth. No hygiene and horrible room with bed and mattress very old and not comfortable. The breakfast served was a stale found from last night and dining area not at all hygiene. I was with my family and weren’t feeling safe in hotel and we booked it considering it’s a 4 start hotel.
