Really comfortable bed and a spacious room. Easy check-in process and friendly staff. A bit back from the centre but that means it’s quiet at night. Hot water at night.

Hot water didn’t seem to want to cooperate in the morning, but otherwise no complaints.

Hotel staff was gracious and accommodating throughout my visit. Most of the staff members went above and beyond to deliver a high value experience in every aspect of guests' needs. That is the theme by which they operate the hotel. The value for money is exceptionally good. The location is walking distance to any point of interest, shopping, restaurants, and interesting architecture in central Loja. To me, the hotel is a destination. The experience was that good that I would purposefully return to Loja just to stay at the hotel.

I tried the breakfast the first morning and did not enjoy it. Breakfast is available at a small fee. There was nothing served that I enjoyed. However, I saw the breakfast was generally well attended by a large number of guests.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Great location. Good value.

Only one continental breakfast was included, even though the reservation was for 2 people.
