ININININWe had stayed in this hotel Recently just few days before .it was excellent.everythings was very nice like rooms are very Premium with modern amenities and its very neat and cleaned everywhere.bathrooms are also very cleaned as new ..and also food was very homely and tasty . My child also liked it very much..overall it was fantastic ...very cooperative staffs......i definitely recommend this hotel for better experience in lachung ...

We were exhausted by the time we reached the hotel and expected some rest once we got there but had the worst experience. The management is very miser and ask for money for even the most basic of amenities. They refused to provide blankets even though they had a lot of them available. They refused to give even a packet of sugar. The food is the worst of all. It lacks any taste or spice and is overpriced. The food costs more than its weight in gold. A litre of milk was provided for 180 rupees. We asked for a room to change clothes in when we came for lunch but they refused saying all the rooms were booked, even though we just checked out a few hours before and our room was still untouched. And the management had to audacity to ask us to recommend this place to others too. All in all, if you don’t find any other place except this to stay in, cancel your trip. Anything’s better than staying here.
