Puri Rai Hotel

The convenience & location to the ferry, and the pick up from the airport.

So handy to the port. The room was comfortable and the pool good.

Not good Wifi.

Wonderfully helpful staff, great restaurant, easy parking, fridge in room, well maintained grounds and super clean swimming pools.

The WiFi was a little slow, but you can’t hold the hotel responsible for that.

We just stayed one night in Puri Rai on our way to Lombok. The Hotel was good for that one night stay. The bed was comfy & the position of the Hotel, right beside the port, was fabulous. The room was reasonably clean but lacked creature comforts. It was good value for money & I would probably stay again just as a transit stay.

The Hotel lacked the little things. A kettle was supplied but no Tea & Coffee making facilities. Very weird indeed. I asked in reception for some cups & tea & Coffee, which they happily supplied but put it on a tray & I had to juggle it back to our, up the back, upstairs room. All a little strange in my eyes & not particularly good service. The Hotel feels unloved & depleted. Not a lot of maintenance or love & attention being put back into it, which makes me sad. It served its purpose for a one night stay & I would probably stay again because of the position of it, so close to the Post.

Beautiful staff who accommodated our late check in at 11pm super friendly and great energy!

Wished we could have stayed longer!

The grounds were beautiful. 3 pools many statues and temples i felt safe. Great location to pier. Great value though I would stay there again!

Breakfast was AWFUL. the staff at restaurant and reception were unfriendly

De locatie is top, direct naast de haven. De lakens op het bed leken schoon. Het ontbijt was simpel, maar prima.

De badkamer was niet schoongemaakt. Er lagen allemaal afgeknipte nagels en veel haren op de vloer.
