Proximity to ferry

Staff were terrible, no explanation about the hotel and made us feel like a hindrance to there day, aircon was poor!

Old Bali style Not for those who want elegance ie.No light switches beside beds. Plenty of space.3 pools.Nice gardens.Plain but nice breakfast with lovely staff

"If you’re looking for somewhere on a budget this is the place."

Property is located right next to all the ticket offices for those travelling onwards to one of the Gili islands Room and bathroom clean and working aircon!

Its basic (very!) No bedside lamp Breakfast is basic but you get what you pay for

Nothing, very disappointed we cancelled, and left without taking photos we could use and should have checked the room before paying it was a struggle to get our money back and had to pay one night to cancel,

The room was not as booked with pool and garden view, it overlooked the car park and was dark and poorly equipped. If you are paying on arrival check the room first to be sure it's what you booked. Avoid room 102 and those next to and above which overlook a car park
