Alam Bali Beach Resort

This was my second time staying here, in the ground floor room. The bathroom had been renovated which was great. The room was large, clean and comfortable, good aircon, and the staff are lovely. The location is excellent, with amazing snorkelling right out front. The pool is nice with plenty of sun loungers. Rhimba cafe just down the road which is a bonus! Good value for money with this great location.

Everything was perfect

Very strategic location, beautiful, clean, spacious rooms, right in front of the beach, very clear swimming pool, very friendly staff, good service, I think this is one of the best hotels in the Amed area

Hardest bet I’ve slept on. The bathroom was smelly

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Man sieht das Meer vom Zimmer aus und kann zum Wellenrauschen einschlafen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, allerdings sind die Auflagen auf den Liegen alt und teilweise kaputt. Das Hotel liegt super. Am Strand direkt vor der Tür haben wir beim Schnorcheln viele Fische und Schildkröten gesehen. Der Unterwassertempel in der Jemeluk Bucht ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Es gibt sehr schöne Restaurants und viele Tauchschulen in der Nähe. Das Schlafzimmer ist schön groß.

Das Badezimmer war sehr renovierungsbedürftig und dunkel. Leider war auch die Toilettenbrause kaputt. Sie hat getropft und das Toilettenpapier durchweicht und den Boden unter Wasser gesetzt. Die Handtücher waren alt und verschlissen. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Im Schlafzimmer blätterte die Farbe von den Wänden. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, dass öfters sauber gemacht wird. Insgesamt ist die Anlage ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

La piscina y la ubicación están bien, las vistas de la habitación son preciosas y las habitaciones son muy amplias.

Falta de utensilios en el alojamiento como toallas, secador, mobiliario roto, falta de presión de agua… El personal estaba dispuesto a ayudar pero no se implicaba lo suficiente.

There is so much potential here, the small gardens were so well maintained, the rooms such as generous size for the price and the pool had a shallow end which is often hard to come by in diving areas.

The rooms just need a little bit of love, a new coat of paint, cleaning the fan in the bathroom, if a window/air vent could be added in the bathrooms then the musty damp smell would have a chance to air out rather than covering it with cleaning spray. We had to ask the staff not to spray anymore air freshening products and after airing the room it was fine.
