Nothing worst experience ever

I regret to say that my experience at Hotel Sreevalsam Pandalam was utterly disappointing. The customer service was appalling, with staff exhibiting impolite, rude, and disrespectful behavior. Despite booking five rooms, three of them had air conditioning issues, and the staff showed reluctance in addressing the problem promptly. On the eve of my wedding, I found myself at 2 am, engaged in a heated argument with the uncooperative staff, desperately seeking a comfortable environment for my family. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against anyone considering booking this establishment

I was not given the breakfast and we had to pay for the same.

1. Continues power cut and management was not interested in working it out. 2. after repeated complain, we got room changed it.
