"Room Facilities and Infrastructure Need Serious Improvement!!!"

Receptionists are good people; they know how to treat guests well. However, they are only familiar with the Hindi language. When someone from a foreign country books a room there, the receptionists may struggle to communicate effectively in English. While the check-in process is generally smooth and well-organized, the language barrier can slightly affect the quality of communication.

The bed and bedsheets were white in color, which can look attractive only if they are kept ultra clean. Even a single stain is easily noticeable and can give customers a very bad impression. I personally felt that the bedsheet had not been changed or washed after the previous guests checked out. So, I used my own bedsheets and blanket. The room (Room No. 203 – Non-AC) was a non-air-conditioned room, which might explain the lower level of service. I’m not sure about the condition of their VIP rooms. The bathroom tile joint filler had clearly never been cleaned since it was applied. Additionally, the wash basin hose was not properly connected to the drainage system—it was simply placed over the floor drain, so both bath water and sink water drained through the same floor outlet. As a result, both the bath water and sink water flowed onto the bathroom floor, causing an overflow. The water backed up and filled the bathroom with dirty, stagnant water. I had to stand in this polluted water while using the bathroom. It took about 20 minutes for the water to slowly drain and clear from the floor. The bathing experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I believe the drainage system has significant issues and that should be fixed immediately. They charged around ₹900 including tax for this room, but the condition did not justify the price. Even some public restrooms provide better facilities at a lower cost or even for free. I understand that this is a low-budget, non-AC room, but since it is a paid service offered to external guests, there should be a minimum standard of cleanliness and functionality. Additionally, there was no telephone in the room to order food or call for help in case of an emergency, which I assume is only available in their VIP rooms. However, such basic amenities should be available in all paid rooms.
