We (my family) stayed at this hotel but after the checkout they cancelled our booking and informed booking.com that we didn't stay there. That is so strange we paid the full amount. We asked the receipt they said you already have it on confirmation printout. Simply we trusted the property but they wanted more money from cancellation charges from the card entered during booking.
