Not even providing water bottle and they asking extra money even I paid total amount...staff was not good at all & need to maintain fresh blankets.

Location and accessibility to the basic needs, groceries and restaurants...etc.

Charging extra money for no reason, otherwise room will be cancelled. When u travel with family and luggage, you wont have an option to cancel, just paid 50% of actual booking amount as extra and stayed. Didn't expect this in booking.com's properties.
