Greens Suite - Business Class Hotel - Opposite Ripon Building

Hospitality was superb. They provided us required comfort towards security and safety before we checked in. It was truly met. A level above that was their spirit of upholding Customer satisfaction. They refunded back some amount, as we conveyed that the air-conditioning equipment was not efficient as expected by us.

Nothing to complain. Probably coffee/ tea in the room and a minimum restaurant facility within the hotel.

The staff is very courteous and prompt in responding to requests. The property is very well maintained and located very close to the chennai central station. Beds are comfortable.

Hopefully the property will eventually have its own pantry or kitchen to cayer to food and beverage orders.
