1. The location is good. 2. The food is also okay, but that great but above average. 3. The staff, their hospitality is great. They really tried their best to serve. I really appreciate it.

I rarely gave a bad review. But I think I need to be transparent for this, 1. No kettle or any water dispenser for hot drink water. 2. No iron and iron board. If need to use it, need to go to lobby which is not convenient if you get a room thats far behind. 3. I saw few cockroach under my bed. Which gave me anxiety to sleep. Haha 4. The bathroom, huhh I don't want to mention. HAHA 5. No air-cond. Its fine with the weather there. But bear in mind that its not thattt cold there. If you used to "cold" ac, maybe this is not for you. You can have AC in your room but need to upgrade to better room. 6. Only 1 point plug to use. And its actually for TV, I use it to charge my phone. 7. For muslim, your choice of food may be very limited. Warung yes, but no Halal Cafe or halal place for music band. Honestly, I wont recommend and won't coming again. I really hope the management improve everything. I'm looking forward to visit again if its already improved.

View at the lake was magical. Close to the rest of the village and restaurants. Hot shower.

Waterscooters making noise early in the morning. My room was upstairs so I had to climb around give stairs. Restaurant was closed but due to Covid I guess. Bed bugs...

The first night we were there we had the whole resort to ourselves which was amazing! The next few days there were other westerners staying but it was still very quiet. The view of the lake was great and the ferry will drop you at their dock (just ask). You can swim in the lake beside the resort and there are plenty of sunloungers and deck chairs.

The WiFi really needs to go all the way to the rooms. People will happily pay an extra $5 per night just for this. Currently guests have to go to the breakfast area for it to work. Breakfast is pretty gross. It's an open buffet with limited options, and so many westerners clearly had covid while coughing all over it. Do the a la carte option like our first day and you'll be rated higher. Also westerners would like real jam for their toast not doughnut jelly filling and chocolate sprinkles! It was amusing at least.
