really had a bad experience with the staffs. dont know if the mistake of online booking with booking .com i am priveledge customer of booking .com and doing my booking through this many years almost 20 years i travel to europe and book the rooms through this site i made booking for 4 adults 2 kids two rooms dont know booking came out with 1 adult for one room and two adults 2 kids for other room is really bad experience and they were asking me extra cost which is really not ok actual costing of the hotel is in one double room can stay 3 member and the cost is same . i booked in this way only so how can they charge extra this is really not ok
