The rooms were clean. Hot water was readily available, AC worked, breakfast was great!

Great buffet breakfast. With a variety of items, and all are tasty. staff at the cafeteria are very friendly, suggest the dishes and refill promptly. Generally very friendly staff - at all levels.

The complimentary breakfast spread was the best. With small changes every day and a sambhar full of vegetables. Staff were polite courteous and prompt.

Bathrooms should be a step below not above. It is not very accessible for an old person or someone recovering from an injury. A simple gesture of a plastic chair or stool provided if requested in the bathing area would have been great for my 84 yr old mother and even me because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. But this was flatly refused. A mini fridge could also be a welcome addition. When there was a mix up and my pure white kurta pyjama got bundled with the bed linen it was just denial after denial till the next morning. Better communication between housekeeping teams could be helpful

I must specify the breakfast given😃 it was excellent and delicious 😋 they provided more of a healthier options like kali,puttu ,kappa kelangu and many more staffs are very polite and service at ananyas was excellent I highly recommend it👍
