The location is perfect—for me. It is 5 minutes away from my office, so I can overlook most of its shortcomings. The staff is very good for the most part. The room I stayed in this time was front-facing, so I definitely recommend asking for that.

My booking included breakfast but the hotel denied it and I was not given breakfast. I message booking.com but until now no response. Respective staff in booking.com still sleeping I guess. The hotel give their own review under my name which surprised me. No wonder they with 9.4 rating. The cleanliness not acceptable. No proper hot water with no proper cleaning of washrooms. Few times given to us dirty towel and we keep ask to replace it. The blanket kind of run out and make our body itchy and need to get treatment for that.

Almost all but due to some emergency and location, we continue to stay until we really can’t stand with it.
