Nothing at all

The hotel’s location was really good and convenient for everything I needed. Unfortunately, the first room I got had bed bugs, and I ended up with rashes all over my body. I told the staff about it, and thankfully they changed my room quickly. Some of the staff were really kind and helpful, but a few were quite rude, which honestly made the experience less pleasant than I expected.
