The male staff was helping and trying their best to make us comfortable. Food is average, considering there are no food options nearby it can be improved It's clean and room service is good overall. We had issues with the TV, AC and Geyser but they helped us fix it all.

The new lady receptionist is not helpful and is highly uninformed and arrogant. Only two small bottles of water are provided complimentary, which is unreasonable considering the charge of the room.

There is nothing you can like in this hotel.

Let's start from the arrival - Highly unprofessional staff. Untidy reception and lobby (so called) Untidy rooms,not at all maintained,torn bed sheets,broken door stopper, hanging wires in the room,broken handle in the washroom,2 screw holes in place of soap dish,fan ceiling cover hanging on the fan,un finished tap handle inside the room,uncleaned electric point and remote stand inside the room,broken AC swing,rusted aah tray, roughly un finished nail on the wall, broken un finished wall near bed/telephone, stabilizer hanging unfinished near bed with broken electric point,broken indicators of AC,no combination of bucket and tumbler,spider web inside the room and near lights,rusted worn-out water tap...etc (booking.com allowed on 4 pics but I have many more pics) About Air conditioner - when kept on 18 degrees it works like 27 degrees and after working for 2-3 hrs it started giving out some kind of unbearable smell and we weren't able to sleep. Do not choose this hotel for you stay.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever been to. Hotel was dirty. Toilets were rusting and it still had dirt from previous customers. Bed sheets had stains. Television was broken in rooms. It smelled of moisture and pee in the room. The door lock was broken. There were also escorts in the hotel . It’s absolutely noisy in the evening and smells bad. Avoid this hotel at any cost. The photos on the website are all with filters and fake.
