1) One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in this country. And if you dont want to ruin your trip, do not book their hotel. We had a horrible experience with them. First of all the manager is rude and he is literally lies on your face. We travelled through mid night and reached their hotel almost with out any sleep. As soon as we entered the hotel rather than giving us the room to rest, they made us wait in the lobby to choose their safari packages and literally forced us to take their package. They quoted Rs 12,000 for safari which is more than double the amount when we enquiried in the market and other places. So we did not take their package and instead we chose a package to just visit longewala museum, tanaut mata mandir and indo pak border and fixed the price at Rs 5000. The manager lied to us telling we need to confirm then and there else he wont be able to generate the pass to go to border. Later we got to know There is no concept of early pass, you need to visit Tanaut mata mandir and stand in line to get your pass for border visit which we did. The rate during december to do a safari is Rs 5000 for night stay, jeep safari, camel safari, dinner, longewala, border visit everything. So we paid full money to just go to border thats it. 2) They first gave me a room on ground floor but later changed to second floor.There were electric shocks in the washroom whenever we tried to switch on geyser, but we dint bother to inform else they would have downgraded us to some other room 3) Half the time we stayed there were no electricity. 4) The driver they arranged for the desrt trip was almost sleeping while driving and very creepy. He made video of us and took pictures without even asking permission and posted on his own personal social media id. If you do not want to ruin your trip, dont book this hotel. They cancelled my booking.com reservation although i stayed at the property for no reason and did not bother to inform me.

I arrived early morning at Jaisalmer owner welcoming us SO warmly very friendly staff and helpful. We stay a night at Hotel and a night at camp. Best experience ever we had. Thank you

Hotel room is so beautiful and clean. Good view from rooftop.

Free pick up and drop off at bus station, booking safari in hostel is possible, clean rooms, nice rooftop restaurant.
