Nothing

My room was already given to someone else as those guests arrived early. I was given another hotel i'm ok with that. But if the checkin timing is 11 then why was the room given to other guest at 10 and even someones elses room as well.

Absolutely disliked the services. Absolutely disliked the customer services of Bookings.com. Did not get a room even after booking it prior and no other alternatives were given. Will not recommend.
