Rooms were good, but the staff was quite slow.

The hotel did not offer a luggage transfer service. The parking facility was located underground, requiring us to carry all of our bags independently.

Sandhya at the reception was friendly, professional and accomodating.

Most of the other staff seem to be lacking hospitality skills - from security guards to the chef to person in charge of the morning buffet. The buffet spread was not all that great. Tea was horrible. Waiting period at welcome drink counter was too long. Bathroom was horrible, room cleanliness was pathetic, bathroom exhaust did not work.
