However for my another booking , I had paid advance to booking.com - which I had to cancel free of cost as per policy .. however I have not yet received refund from booking.com.. Thats bad. My Booking which was cancelled had : Confirmation number 3891.416.595

perfect stay without any inconveniences. Newly build,absolutly neat and clean,comfortable and cosy wirh superfast WIFI.Staff extremly friendly and helpful,with an attached restaurant and ayurveda-center with an experienced doctor,perfect to recover.10meters from a nice little beach,3 more restaurants and stalls plus a beautiful temple nearby,very calm and cosy. If you need the classical indian holiday hassle,its a 10min TukTuk ride to Kovalam or 30min walking.
