The location was good and the staffs too.

The room was horrible. It smelled horribly of pigeon or some bird shit as there were birds in the roof. Also the curtains were broken and room was not at all clean. And neither was balcony available as described. The balcony was only for name sake, can’t even sit or stand there.

Good location!! Room was good!!

Hotel Staffs are not friendly... Need to improve in complimentary breakfast.. disappointed in breakfast... No drink water available in room... Worst customer service no coordination between the staffs same information needs to pass everytime we reach front desk More improvement needs in cleanliness and hospitality

Good location. Good behaviour of staff. Clean linens.

The rooms are just average. The sky deck room all together is just an adjustment set up. The way to toilet is horrible. In the other room the toilet top side was open to the bedroom.
