Nothing good to tell

When I booked, rooms were shown as available, and my late check-in request was accepted. However, upon arrival, they offered a different room that wasn't listed on the website, claiming the original room was sold out. The room's condition was disgusting and resembled a storage room. I urge (Booking.com) to vet hosts better and remove scammers. It seems their policy prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. To others, I advise verifying room details and requesting photos before booking.
