"Large spacious rooms but the staff need to be more courteous to guests and not lock them in repeatedly."

A large family room with 3x beds was good value for money.

The room was great but we were locked on the rooftop over 3 times by the staff, which meant we had to scream for help until someone came to unlock the door. Despite telling them to STOP locking us on the roof they continued to do it which was incredibly distressing and meant we had to wait on staff to come and get us before leaving the hotel every day!
