"Family stay for two days"

Location was good as it was close to main road to Munnar. The staff were really good. They didn't have any soap or towels in the bathroom. And getting the hot water to bath was tedious task as the staff ran the hot water tap for around half an hour to get the hot water from it. They gave us the bathroom mat after I asked them and never provided the TV which was a big missing for kids for two days.

No tv. Difficult hot water.
