Beautifully located property with views of Mt Rinjani. Lush, tranquil gardens and comfortable rooms. Lovely friendly staff.

We liked the large dining area, the gardens, the views of the mountain and the host, Gunn. The food is very good so we ate in their restuarant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Because it's a restaurant and not a Warung, you pay 10% tax.

The location wasn't great due to the noise. It was on the main road into the town and at the top of a hill, so the motorbikes, cars and trucks rev to get up the hill. The town is surrounded by many other little towns which all have mosques, so you can hear loud prayers coming from all the mosques, which can continue for hours from 4.30 am. The loud speakers they use are bad quality and the noise coming from them seems to reverberate through the countryside. For this reason, we would not classify it as a peaceful place, although the environment and views are beautiful. In terms of the accommodation, it meets the standard of one star. The huts are very basic and exposed to living creatures, including big wasps making their nests on the ceiling. And they don't have nets around the bed.

Beautiful setting amongst the rice fields, where we were able to walk straight from the accommodation with a great guide, seeing the terraces, villages, waterfalls and black monkeys in the forest. Thanks Amaan! Gunn, Rosa and the team were fantastic hosts, serving delicious food and sorting all transport, local and further afield. Thank you so much for an authentic experience in Tetebatu!

We had a great time in Hakiki Inn Bungalows. The place is authentic and very well located, near rice terraces and plantations. Ari is a great guide to go around. Moreover, the food is really good. Amazing moment in Tetebatu
