"Paid for breakfast without having. Room was stinking. Staff behaviour was bad."

Breakfast was not ready by 9 am , hence i have to leave without breakfast. Request pl return that amount.

"bogus and third class hotel. Dirty rooms and entire area. charged money for family suite and provided normal room."

Lot of garbage were lying in the gallery. Dirty maintenance of rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Demanded extra money over booking amount provided by booking.com. Dirty water bottles of RO. Everything Towel, Toiletary, Tea and sugar pouches we had to asked. No morning tea before 08.30 am. Breakfast was included in the booking but not provided and the care taker was sleeping till 09.00 am. Hotel is at first floor and we had to take our luggage from the ground floor to second floor by our self. Our room was booked as family suite and delux but we have been given normal room of Rs.1400/- we have paid Rs1600/- plus Rs.1400/- plus tax. total Rs.3360/-. No receipt and bill has been provided to me. They have also collected Tax but nothing provided. I will not suggest anyone to go in this Hotel. Please get refund my excess money charged by them. also refund of breakfast amount and provide tax receipt with bill else Eill make complaint to tax authority. bogus and third class Hotel
