"Avoid stay."

Even after booking and paying amount in advance when called to reception, they mention that check in was not possible. I have managed things by calling OYO to get it work. Hotel has issues of electricity, cleanliness, hot water, amenities, ambience etc. Need to remind staff multiple times for issues.
