The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. The concept of the hotel was great, we enjoyed the aesthetic and facilities. Especially the Children's playground.

Food is poor, the breakfast had great options, but there was a lot of flies and bees, which they did not bother to remove. Our dinner was the worse, we waited 2 hours for our food, and the food was mediocre. The bathroom had a lot of moulds, and the taps are broken.

In general, this hotel is very good, the dining and entertainment facilities are excellent, and the lobby is quite large, but the room size is too small. Best for budget traveler, but not for children or the elderly. The toilet has a bit of a problem, the exhaust is not strong enough to pull out air inside the shower room, so it becomes damp and smells.

Staff are helpfull, the room was clean and neat. Good location in Batu, Malang
