The property is located in a commercial part of town. It is well connected , and not far from the local railway station, and bus station.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, and being summer it was extremely humid and warm. I had to deal with someone who was unwilling, or unable to process my request for either getting the air conditioning fixed or getting my room changed. It is only after repeated requests that a room change was affected, at 1 am at night. I had to literally station myself in the reception and demand a change in the room before it was made available. The excuse given was there is no room available, but there were rooms and they were unwilling to make it available for me.
