Room service very nice, Except car driver, We had arranged a car for the sight-seeing through the hotel and were told that the entire sight-seeing would be completed in 5-6 hours. But what did the driver do? Promised us a trip to 13 places, but we got to visit only Vibhishan Temple, Dhanushkodi, Kalam's Shop/House and only the starting point of Pamban Bridge, dropped us at some restaurant and drove off in haste, after finishing in just three and half hours, he left us in the scorching sun and drove off. The driver was only interested in getting the business done. He probably got a second-handed commission. He cheated us as well as his hotel employers. Cab number TN50AM4212
