The effort the staff put in doing their best…

- the lack of wifi… for someone who works online, it have been challenging for me. - the fact that the hot water is on a switch, and of course no one told me… and when I finally asked, it took ages to work, so ended up showering with cold water my whole stay (3 nights). - the incapacity of the staff to follow simple instructions, had to ask for the same things many times over. - the lack of shade in and by the swimming pool. The rusty and gloomy showers. - the uncomfortable toilet seat and inefficient flush. - the noise and smell from the refurbishing… I get it’s low season, still didn’t appreciate it. - actually… I really wonder how they got 5 stars 🤔

OMG, what else you could want from well maintained resort with scenic landscapes, gardens and lovely private beach. Enjoy sunrise with coffee at this beautiful clan beach. Saw sea cucumber and parrot fish in crestal clear beach water. A little bit of mangroves. All I can say is nature at its best and with a comfort of 5star resort.

The set up is nice and hotel has a lot of potential

Early morning staff shouting outside (which bungalow had guests in it), calling the door bell (asking if I had hot water), calling the phone (so I didn’t miss breakfast). I know these are all done with good intentions but it’s not relaxing for anyone who is on holiday.
