"Unclean Hotel-never again"

The hotel and the rooms are not clean at all. The toilet was downright dirty when we first checked in. The staff should be ashamed to give a room like this at check in. The bedsheets were old and rough and there were stains on the walls. We were a group of friends and literally noone was happy about cleanliness. Furthermore, a water bottle and a pair of pants were stolen. They gave 3000 rs to us as compensation.

Location

Staff and service provided was great , however the bedsheets and towels provided had a lot of stains and should have been cleaned properly. I stayed for 5 days and my only complain is about the bedsheets and towels , they were not of good standard, please improve on that .
