"Horrible."

There was no breakfast,

The owner disowned our www.booking.com reservation rates and overcharged us - 130 Euros per night per room. She was arrogant while dealing with us. The facility is an old private residential house with four bedrooms called hotel and was untidy.

"Bad"

Nothing.

We reserved two rooms through www.booking.com at 50 and 60 Euros per room per night for one night. During check in, the owner disowned the booking.com reservation and demanded to paid 170 and 180 Euros for each of the two rooms per one night. We had no choice but to pay and sleep since it was late at night and we had an early flight to catch in the morning. Furthermore, the facility is a residential home (maisonette) and does not qualify to be called a hotel. The owner accomodated us in two bedrooms on the ground floor. No breakfast was provided despite the high rates.

"Very cosy place"

The owner personal great us and we had a nice chat, very personal service. PlCe is located only 20 min from Tallinn, so there was no problem to get in.

"Preference another hotel"

I accidentally get into this hotel with my family. The rooms are old and tired and furnished very cheaply. Certainly does not respond for the price level. The hostess is lying and wants to get more money (booking.com price was 130€, ask me 160€) . Also I feel that children are not very welcome. Breakfast is very poor. Beds were uncomfortable, there were no channels on the TV ect. If possible, stay in another hotel.
