Staff was friendly and helping

The room was avarage. They did not provide hot water jug and tea coffee pre mixeses and their dine in service doesnt open untill 8.00 AM. So if you are a morning person or prefer to have tea coffee first thing then this is not the place for you. Also of you travel for food, its a clear No No. Their breakfast has just 2 items cooked ones, so if you like to eat good and heavy breakfast then this is not the place for you.

was one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed they are rated at Booking.com as 5 stars Hotel and they are not even 3 stars.

The location, the layout is all good

*The chanting and the agarbatti at the lobby are a big put off... why is it inflicted on the guests???? Do it in the office, but not in a public space. *The practise of having to fill in the register by the guest is extremely outdated and the receptionist insisted it had to be done in my handwriting, even after the reg card was printed out and my wife and I signed the reg card. An absolute waste of time and extremely irritating process. *The room cleaning left a lot to be desired... housekeeping needs to be much better *TV channels provided were only the free channels... as a result, we could not match any English movie on the regular channels. * A Hot water electric flask was in the room but without any tea/coffee/sugar sachets. When I asked for sachets, I was told they do not provide this, so I had to go out and buy Coffee powder and then order cups, to have my morning coffee
