"Rude behaviour of the staff at the time of check-in has ruined our mood of a stay"

Hotel facilities are good , breakfast was good.

behaviour of staff is really disappointed, they were rude , they didnt treated us as their customers, It felt like we have booked an average guest house not a hotel . Their reception staff needs to learn manner .
