"Had a worst experience staying there."

The food and most of the beaches were near the hotel.

Almost everything. The staff especially the manager was rude. In booking it was mentioned the room has pool view. But I was given a different room. When I confronted this with manager he said it was subject to availability and he also told me that I can cancel the booking if I want to. That was rude of him to say that since I was traveling from a other city.
