Hotel Krinoscco

The hotel location is wonderful. Based on the area this hotel is 4 star for the city it is located in, but otherwise 3 star if comparing this hotel for someone visiting from outside the country. Breakfast and staff is excellent, with all the available facilities, but the rooms are old and restrooms lack cleanliness.

The rooms, location, parking, srrvice, and food at the restaurant was excellent!!! The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the restaurant served delicious food. Beautiful place. Best hotel ever.

Everything was excellent.

Very good facility. Near to airport but little away from Lata Chowk and Saryu ghat. Excepting some minor drainage issue in bathroom, that were attended in time, rest was very good. Ambience , staff , restaurant , way of receiving guest , helping for luggage during checkout was exceptional. Food ( Lunch and Dinner ) was very tasty and good. Me and my family enjoyed the food and hospitality of staff who were very well mannered.

Pricing of your restaurant could be competitive. Breakfast taste, quality and price all needs tremendous improvement. Also quality of Tea .

Comfortable rooms and beds

There was an event in their hall downstairs with extremely loud music. I complained and they moved me to the 3rd floor, painstakingly we moved the luggage etc. They promised the music would finish at 10pm, but even past 11pm the music was blasting away. How can one stay in a hotel with such loud nice is beyond my comprehension.
