staff behavior was rude No professional conduct Service was worst no even poor. Due to their poor we missed all our destinations that we planned to cover

The room was clean and provided a cupboard.

The ac did not work at all!!!. The bathroom sink and levers were all rusted and dirty, however the bathroom was decently clean, the matresswas too springy so not that comfortable.

Breakfast was good

I had three major dislike with my stay for 2 days and 4 rooms I booked 1. Theft of INR 2,000 2. Bathroom cleanliness 3. Room service not reachable from the rooms

Sometimes you had to remind the staff of what you want more than once.

No possible to open windows. It's not good for health to breathe by AC air. It's better to make mosquito nets and breathe by fresh air at night

The property is close to the Birla Mandir and is easily accessible with ample car parking facilities. The staff are very prompt and helpful and the managers also deserve the credit for this. I would like to thank our housekeeper and restaurant staff members for their outstanding service. The food was tasty though sometimes repetitive over a period of three nights.

The pricing. The room rate should be made inclusive of breakfast - or else you end up paying another ₹1000++ on morning coffee and breakfast, which is a hidden cost for what the property claims is a 4* hotel! Hot Water Issue - The tap fittings have corroded badly, possibly due to the high saline content in the water. We were told to drain out two buckets of water each time we needed hot water. This is a criminal waste of water, though after 15-20 minutes (that’s long!) we had enough hot water.
