that was not a room, that was barn. Pictures on booking are different. Don’t trust them. And it was so dirty bed sheet, so I have doubts they ever change it. All bed-clothes, including broken pillow covers, were changed after my request. But this is completely non respectful to give room in such condition and not corresponding to the pictures.

Staff was excellent. Andrew was very helpful.

nothing. when I entered the room there was a horrible smell there. so I decided to leave

well, before we arrived I’ve got several emails saying that they can’t use my card. anyway we arrived and paid in cash, but when I saw the room I was horrified. and the smell was disgusting. the receptionist told me that all the rooms are like this. so we decided to leave. the receptionist refunded me and recommended another hotel. so we left. in a few days I received an email saying that they charged me. I know it’s 9 dollars but still, I decided to check. it occurred so that they charged me twice. so I asked the refund, but they keep on saying that I was charged and that’s it. when I contacted the services, they told me to call to booking. I did, hopefully I will get my refun. if not, really, they are 9 dollars, you can eat them.
