The location was good for visiting Ellora, Dualatabad etc. even on foot ok if you like a walk. Easy to get the bus into Aurangabad from near the hotel or also to Ellora etc. Food in the restaurant was good quality and good value. The hotel is well presented from the outside and is kept generally clean around the inside areas also. There are a couple of outdoor seating areas set on grass which are nice. Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance.

Staff / manager not the most welcoming, with exception of 1 or 2. Language was a bit of a barrier, but no smiles and first word(s) on arrival 'passport!' was a bad start. The interaction with other hotel guests (Indian) didn't appear to be much better. The room I was given had no window coverings when I arrived, which was rectified quickly and properly when I reported it. The bathroom was dirty with splatters up the wall all over the place. No noticeable room cleaning was done in the 5 days I stayed. The restaurant ambience is about 2/10. Very basic, seat height doesn't suit table height, no decoration, just bland. Could do with an overhaul as the food is good and the restaurant could be a lot busier. The balcony is not accessible from the bedroom, you use a shared entrance then walk around it to the one seating area.
