Staff are great, went above and beyond for us. Hot water was consistent.

Beds are very hard, pillows too. Food not the best, but not terrible either and it's well priced.

not clean. TVs were not working. The beddings were untidy.

the location was good as very close to the caves

the room and especially the shower room were dirty, the staff did not know or was not even trained how to clean! the mattress was thin and very hard the blanket was dirty
