Super Townhouse Hotel All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake

Location is convenient for people wishing to visit Sector V. Facilities are good. Rooms are decent size.

Bed linen and pillows had stains. Need attention on on this.

Not clean bathroons, broken taps, less spacoius rooms

The room was clean

We were not provided accommodation in the booked location. It was informed that all the rooms at the booked location were occupied and we were asked to approach another property. It was 1.30 am, no vehicles were available and we had to walk almost 15 minutes with our heavy baggages to the said property. The room provided was too small and congested and we were suffocated with cigarette and paint smell. There was no water in the toilet and on complaining to the staff, no action was taken. Even though we requested to provide another room, they refused. We had to use mineral water at the toilet and they even charged for the same, each bottle higher than the market rate. Our whole day plans were spoiled due to non availability of water.

Staff was good and liked the bathroom cleanliness

Room was really small and was full of hair and used band aid etc ..mattress was sagging and gave us bad back pain
