Nothing, literally nothing

Rude staff, always shouting at you and pathetic service. Worst mistake of going there. Will charge you extra after you reach there. With an explanation we cant give it in this less and we are overbooked, while only 2 rooms are booked which are ours. Never ever go to this hotel ❌❌❌

Owner only need money. They asked me to pay double then the booking amount.

The behavior of owner is not appropriate. I had confirmed booking. After booking I called property to inform about my arrival and I asked for some information, They spoke very nicely and provided asked info. But When I arrived the behavior was completely reversed. Owner lady(call her-self an artists) asked me to pay double amount then the booking amount to give room, very rudely. Too much arrogance. Un-ethical behavior.

nothing was good in the property. entrance was soo bad.

room was not clean. smelly bed and comforter.

worst experience ever, the lady at the reception was the rudest person I have ever met. she asked for 1500 more and when I said no she said we can’t give you room

we didn’t even stay there, the lady asked for 1500 extra ( on top of 800 booking charge ) plus it was too dirty and unhygienic.

The hotel is in the main road close to the junction, so right in the middle of town very close to all amenities and the beach. Marlis, the Austrian owner and her family are incredibly welcoming and nice. They did everything in their hand to make my stay better and they helped me out in everything. The room is spacious, the AC works well and it's all clean and nice. It's also fairly quiet for being in such a busy spot of town.

Everything was nice. I was a bit surprised,though, when they told me the price I got through the app was far too low and I had to top it up (400 extra rupees) because that was not their standard price. I understand they need the income but then it should not come lower in the system and it has to be realistic and appropriate
