The hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant upstairs is great and the room service was also delicious.

Hotels in India have a habit of lying about the hot water being on. We called to complain twice that it wasn’t, then heard someone come to turn the boiler on. Disgusting brown sludge came out of the taps. The manager had the audacity to come into the room and say “look, it’s clear now” and it still wasn’t hot. He says “oh you want it hot?!” as though we hadn’t just spent the last half hour asking for this. Low and behold, someone switched it on eventually. But immediately turned it off again that night. You run a hotel - put the GD hot water on!
