During the check-in the reception guy asked to make extra payment since I had booked the room at low tariff as per him. I made a booking via Booking.com with advance payment as stated in the App. The receptionist was rude and when asked what to do, he simply stated in an arrogant manner to reach out to fabhotel customer support. Thereafter after many calls finally the receptionist agreed for check-in. This entire thing wasted an hour. The facilities as mentioned under facilities section on bookin.com were missing; like tv, toiletries, telephone. After many calls somehow a single towel was provided stating the towels have gone for laundry. It was a mistake to book this property, the room was not clean, the seat cover of the commode seemed like it was never changed from its inception. The property is run under two brands one is OYO townhouse and other one is fabhotel. I do not know how fabhotel has tie up with such an uncomfortable, unwelcoming, unmaintained etc property. I compromised as I had made an advance payment of 1 day (total 3 days stay), and they were not refunding the amount.

Lots of food outlet near by. Staff was very professional. Good quality rooms, and exhaust facility was nice
