Hotel rooms were neat and cleaned, washroom was of adequate size. Mattress were comfortable and relaxing. Staff behaviour was good

Breakfast at hotel was good. Location is near to attraction places. Ample parking space.

Mosquito were there, staff gave us All out so issue was resolved

1. Cigarette butt in toilet and foul smell. 2. Toilet wasn’t clean at all 3. One room AC was not working, and when we complained, they said no other room is available

They charged 500 extra in the name of my child which was already added bye at the time of booking . Tv was switched off permanently.. Bucket was not cleaned and mug was broken.

Rooms are in bad condition. No cleanliness n hygiene maintained. Very old furniture. The website shows different pictures of clean rooms whereas reality it's totally different

Inside the hotel, things are good. Bus connectivity at 100 meters. Breakfast was good.
